About

Pascal Staudt is a berlin based creative coder, instrument developer, sound artist and lecturer. He developed the standalone version of the PushPull, a new Digital Musical Instrument with embedded sound synthesis, which he plays in the ‘Electronic Orchestra Charlottenburg’. Furthermore he is the technical director of the ‘sentire’ art project, research associate of the project ‘Social interaction through sound-feedback – Sentire‘ at the Department of Musicology and Media Studies (HU Berlin) and co-founder of ‘Unfold community’. His main fields of interest are experimental sound design, interactive technology, human perception and activism. Moreover he focuses on an emancipatory use of technology and community driven design and development processes. He showed works at festivals such as CTM, Transmediale, Mala Inventura, Waking Life and many more
